Orchestrate, don't abdicate

Hand AI the tasks it does well. Keep control of the thinking and the quality.

You've seen bad AI slides. Your clients have too.

Slides that use the template's colours and ignore everything else. Titles that say nothing. Thinking that's a bit thin. They were quick to make. And it shows.

Most people now have Copilot or a similar AI tool. Too often they ask it to "make a deck" and hand over control. The result rarely says what they need it to say. And it doesn't look like their organisation's work.

There is a better way.

Two things make AI work for slide documents

Templates it can work with

AI can only build good slides from a well-built template. Most templates aren't built that way. We build new templates, or upgrade yours, so Copilot and Claude produce slides that look like your organisation made them.

About AI-ready templates

People who know how to direct it

AI as a Precision Tool is a hands-on course, run in your AI tool and your own template. Your people learn to brief the AI, plan the storyline, build on-brand slides and use AI as a demanding reviewer. They stay in control of the quality.

We know what good looks like

AI is new. Good slide documents aren't. We've spent years helping professionals write slides that people read, remember and act on. So we know what works, and we know PowerPoint inside out. That's what we teach the AI to do, and what we teach your people to check.

Whichever AI tool you use

We teach what to ask the AI to do, not just where the buttons are. So it works in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT. And it survives the next product update.

Built with AI, curated by a human

This course was built with the help of AI. We used Claude and Copilot to draft exercises, build the case studies and test every prompt in both tools. Then we curated it: rewriting, cutting and re-testing until it met the standard we'd expect of a client deliverable.

That's exactly what the course teaches.

Questions people ask

Which AI tools do you cover?

We deliver in the tool your organisation uses: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT. The approach carries over if you switch.

What licences do people need?

A full Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, or a paid Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT plan. The free versions are too limited for this kind of work.

What about confidentiality?

Watch-outs run through the whole course, and we work within your organisation's AI policy, which we ask for in advance. The case studies are realistic and tailored to your context: your industry, the kind of people and stakeholders you work with, and built in your own template. But the details are invented, so nothing sensitive needs to be shared.

Can you train teams in other time zones?

Yes. Virtual courses run as two sessions of about three hours, scheduled to suit your time zone.

Won't it be out of date in six months?

We teach the thinking, not the buttons. The principles hold as the tools change.

Do you cover Google Slides?

The principles, the approach and most of the prompts should work in Google Slides too. But we're focused on PowerPoint at the moment, so we haven't tested them there yet. If your organisation uses Google Slides, get in touch.
